For custom card orders, shipment tracking numbers are not available until production is completed. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your purchase to reach you may vary. Non-custom V1CE products are delivered within 5-7 days of confirmed purchase, while custom models are shipped post-design process. In case production cannot be completed within the specified time frame, V1CE will provide a faster shipping method to accommodate the additional time spent on production. However, V1CE does not guarantee delivery dates; the date provided is simply an estimate. On rare occasions the print of your card may not meet quality control standards and V1CE will reprint you order, causing a delay.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country for international orders. V1CE is not responsible for informing customers of the specific fees that may apply, as it is the customer's responsibility to check what their country's requirements are for customs fees before placing an order. Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond V1CE's original delivery estimates.
If you wish to cancel your custom V1CE model order, you must submit a cancellation request within 1-2 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for any cancellation requests received after this period. If your custom V1CE model is faulty due to a software or application malfunction that is beyond repair by V1CE Limited, we will provide a full refund.
Refunds for non-custom V1CE products depend on the stage of cancellation. If you with to return your standard V1CE model order within 30 days of purchase, you will be granted a full refund, backed by our 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If your standard V1CE model is faulty due to a software or application malfunction that is beyond repair by V1CE Limited, we will provide a full refund.
If you receive a printed product that you are dissatisfied with, please inform us via email at email@example.com and provide pictures of the product highlighting what you consider deficient. We will advise and make changes where necessary. If there is any error in production or you received anything different from the approved proof, V1CE Limited will provide a reprint with no additional cost to you. However, we cannot be held responsible for customer errors, inability to visualize the final product(s), or inexperience with respect to warnings sent out with all artwork proofs.
If you are asked to return a product, please do so only when V1CE Limited has requested it. To return your product, mail it to First Floor Office, 38A - 42A Ormskirk Road, Preston, PR1 2QP. V1CE Limited will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
