V1CE Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our digital and physical products and services, including our website (v1ce.co), NFC cards, the V1CE App, and our Client Capture OS. By using the V1CE App, purchasing, subscribing, or participating in a trial, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms & Applicability
These Terms apply to all interactions with V1CE Limited (Company Number: 12681711), registered in the United Kingdom.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the V1CE App. Continued use of V1CE products or services signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Existing Customers: Customers who purchased a product or subscription before November 2025 will remain governed by the previous Terms. Transition to these new Terms is voluntary and requires an explicit request to support or the activation of Client Capture OS features.
2. Service Description: Client Capture OS
V1CE provides a comprehensive networking ecosystem. Beyond physical NFC hardware, our services include:
- Profile Hosting: Creation and management of digital business profiles.
- Lead Capture: Tools for contact collection and storage
- Automation: Automated email sequences and follow-up workflows.
- Scheduling: Booking and calendar integrations.
- Analytics: Engagement reporting and third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, CRMs)
3. Products, Plans & Pricing
Subscription Plans and Access: V1CE offers various plans, including Lite and Pro tiers. The V1CE App is the central platform for managing your account, profile, and subscription services.
- Free or discounted cards accessed via a trial or subscription are tied to the specific plan selected. Once shipped, you are liable for that billing cycle's payment.
- All annual plans are non-refundable and continue until the end of the subscription period.
- All paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
- Lifetime Replacements: All active V1CE members on a paid subscription plan are entitled to Lifetime Card Replacements. If your active V1CE card is lost, damaged, or ceases to function, we will provide a new, comparable card at no additional cost for as long as your paid membership remains active.
Pricing Changes: V1CE reserves the right to adjust pricing for any subscription plan or physical product at any time. While price changes may occur, we will make every effort to avoid automatically upgrading your existing subscription without explicit consent, except where legally compelled by government agencies or regulatory policy changes.
4. Trials and Renewals
All V1CE trials are 30 days long and are designed to drive users to the V1CE App to create a profile, select a plan, and receive their included card.
- A. V1CE Plus/Lite Trial: Eligible customers may receive one free card and 30 days of complimentary access. The trial renews
- B. V1CE Teams Trial: Includes up to 15 free cards. Volume exceeding 15 cards transitions to the Unlimited tier with a 70% discount on additional physical cards.
- C. Trial Conditions: No refunds are issued during or after the trial. If a trial is not converted to a paid subscription, associated cards will be automatically blocked and permanently disabled. 5. Data Ownership & Fair Usage
Data Ownership: You own all contact data and leads captured via your V1CE profile. You may export this data at any time during an active subscription.
Data Retention: Upon cancellation, V1CE will retain data for a limited period before permanent deletion. V1CE reserves the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data for service improvement.
Fair Usage Policy: To ensure platform stability:
- Anti-Spam: Automated sequences must comply with global anti-spam laws. Abuse or "spamming" will result in immediate account suspension.
- System Integrity: Users may not use automated tools to scrape data or misrepresent their identity.
- Volume Limits: Excessive lead capture or email volume that impacts system performance may require a plan upgrade.
6. Guarantees and Refunds
A. Never Go Back Guarantee: If you find it necessary to return to traditional paper cards or non-V1CE QR codes, we will refund your original card purchase price in full. Verifiable evidence of the alternative cards and an explanation is required.
B. Double Your Leads Guarantee: If lead generation does not substantially improve at a professional event, you are entitled to a full refund of the original card purchase price.
C. Coverage: Refunds apply only to the original card purchase price. Subscriptions, shipping, and accessories are excluded. Once a refund is issued, the card is permanently deactivated.
7. Reprints, Returns & Shipping
Reprint Policy: No-cost reprints are provided only for production errors. Customer errors or aesthetic dissatisfaction with a correctly printed proof do not qualify.
Returns: Custom NFC cards are non-returnable once printed.
Shipping & Risk: Liability passes to the customer once the order is transferred to the carrier for delivery.
Reshipment: If an order is returned as undeliverable, reshipment fees apply at 110% of the initial shipping cost.
International: Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
8. Liability and Law
Limitation of Liability: V1CE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business data). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or subscription.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
