V1CE Insider Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Overview
The V1CE Insider Membership (“Membership”) is an optional, paid annual subscription offered by V1CE. By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to the terms set out in this document in addition to V1CE's general Terms of Service. This Membership replaces the previous V1CE Care and Warranty offering, which is no longer available.
2. Membership Benefits
Active Members are entitled to the following benefits:
- Free standard shipping on all eligible purchases (express shipping excluded).
- Exclusive product discounts, consisting of a fixed percentage off selected products. The percentage discount may change from time to time at V1CE's sole discretion. Discounts may or may not be combined with existing website promotions.
- Card replacement entitlement of up to two replacement cards per Membership year, subject to the terms in Section 4.
- Any additional perks and features as may be marketed on the V1CE website from time to time.
3. Annual Billing and Renewal
The Membership is billed annually at the then-current annual fee (currently £19.99 GBP) and will automatically renew each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. By purchasing the Membership, you authorise V1CE (or its third-party payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method at the prevailing annual rate on each renewal date.
4. Replacement Card Terms
Replacement cards are available only to active Members. A replacement may be requested in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the item. V1CE reserves the right to review and request proof of the circumstances before authorising a replacement. Claims that are false, misleading, or fraudulent will be declined. A maximum of two replacement cards per Membership year is permitted.
Replacements are provided at V1CE's discretion and may be refused in cases of deliberate misuse, unauthorised modification, or if the product has been used in a way not intended by V1CE. Membership benefits are limited to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
To make a claim, Members must contact V1CE via live chat on the website or by email at support@v1ce.co or hello@v1ce.co. V1CE aims to respond to all claims within 5 working days.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable. Members may cancel their Membership at any time to prevent automatic renewal of the following Membership period. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for early termination.
6. Limitations
- The Membership does not grant Members any rights, ownership or authority over V1CE.
- Membership benefits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged.
- V1CE reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Membership, its benefits, or its terms at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
- Except as expressly stated in this document, no other warranties, guarantees or remedies are provided.
Legal Rights
All rights of V1CE remain fully reserved. This Membership does not limit or affect any statutory rights available under applicable consumer law in the United Kingdom.
