Do I have to pay monthly? Are there hidden fees?

No. You pay once for the card, from £59.99. The software is free for life, and the free plan includes 3 AI runs a month.

Client Capture OS is an optional upgrade at £49.99 a month. The free plan takes 5% on what you sell; the OS takes 0%.

Will it work on their phone? Do they need an app?

Yes, and no app. It works with a tap on iPhone and Android. Some Android phones need NFC switched on. If a phone won’t tap, they scan the code on the back and your page opens the same way.

Will it work with my CRM?

Yes. Your contacts sync to HubSpot, Salesforce and the other standard CRMs, so they land where your team already works. No CRM yet? Use the one built into V1CE, free.

What if the person I tap doesn’t know what to do with it?

There’s nothing to download and nothing to learn. Their phone opens your page with one button to save you. They can send you their details on the same page.

I’ve signed up for tools I never used. Will this be another one?

Fair worry. The card works the day it arrives, and the software is free for life, so there’s nothing to cancel. Take it to three events. If it hasn’t brought you new contacts, tell us inside 90 days and we refund you. You keep the card.

Will tapping a card at someone make me look like I’m trying too hard?

It feels like swapping cards, because that’s what it is. You hold it to their phone, your page opens, and they save you. If you’d rather not tap, they can scan the code on the back.

I’m not great with tech. Will I be able to set this up?

Yes. Our team designs the card for you, free. You fill in your page from your phone, and live chat is there if you get stuck.
