11 Best Mobilo Alternatives in 2026 (Tested by V1CE)

I co-founded V1CE. Here is why I tested Mobilo and every serious alternative.

Mobilo was one of the first platforms I looked at when I started testing digital business cards for sales teams. The four card modes are genuinely smart. The real-time CRM sync is reliable. Trusted by 55,000 companies. I understood exactly why sales managers chose it.

But every time I looked closer I hit the same gaps. There is no free plan. Hardware and software are priced separately. After the 90-day trial period ends, the costs become clearer. And if you want follow-up automation, a booking link, or an agreement tool, Mobilo stops at the CRM sync and leaves the rest to you.

So I spent several weeks testing every credible alternative. I was looking for the platform that goes further than Mobilo for the same money or less. Here is what I found.

The V1CE Metal NFC business card tapped to iPhone showing digital profile

What I scored each platform on

First impression

The look, feel, and tap experience when someone receives your page for the first time

Contact saved with one tap

Whether the contact lands cleanly in the recipient phone or CRM in a single action

What happens after the tap

Follow-up automation, booking links, CRM sync, and whether the platform closes the loop for you

NFC, QR, and wallet reliability

Hardware quality, scan consistency, and Apple Wallet and Google Wallet live update accuracy

CRM and tool integrations

Native connections to Salesforce, HubSpot, and the tools sales teams use every day

Analytics clarity

Whether the data tells you something actionable about your networking activity and pipeline

Privacy and GDPR

Compliance credentials, data handling approach, and suitability for regulated industries

Value at entry level

What you actually get on the cheapest plan before committing to hardware and monthly fees

I tested 11 platforms in depth. Here is the full ranking.

After testing 11 platforms, V1CE is the only one that takes you from the handshake to the invoice in one connected system. Popl wins on badge scanning volume at trade shows. Mobilo is the strongest pick for CRM-first sales teams who already use Salesforce or HubSpot.

Why are people leaving Mobilo in 2026?

Mobilo is built for a specific kind of user: the B2B sales team that lives in Salesforce or HubSpot and wants every tap to hit the CRM immediately. For that specific need it performs well. But I spoke to people who moved away from it, and the reasons cluster around the same issues.

  • No free plan. Hardware and software are priced separately from day one. The 90-day trial is tied to a card purchase, so the cost starts before you know if the platform suits you.
  • After the trial, the ongoing cost jumps. Teams that started with Mobilo because of the trial often revisit the budget conversation at the 90-day mark when the monthly billing begins.
  • No native follow-up automation. The CRM sync is excellent but Mobilo hands the baton to your CRM and expects the follow-up to happen there. There is no sequence builder, no trigger-based message, and no built-in booking or agreement tool.
  • The four card modes are powerful but the setup is more involved than lighter alternatives like Blinq or HiHello. Teams with lower technical appetite found the configuration step a barrier.
  • No booking link, e-signature, or payment tool built in. If you want a full workflow from tap to signed agreement to paid invoice, Mobilo is only the first step and you need separate tools for everything else.

1. V1CE: 9.8 / 10. Best Mobilo Alternative Overall

V1CE WEBSITE HOMEPAGE

V1CE is the only platform on this list that does what Mobilo does and then keeps going. The CRM sync is there. The NFC card is there. But V1CE also gives you the automated follow-up that fires in your voice, the booking link that replaces Calendly, the agreement tool that replaces DocuSign, and the payment link that charges with no transaction fee. All connected.

Mobilo stops at the tap and hands you back to your CRM. V1CE takes you from the handshake to the signed agreement to the paid invoice without leaving the platform. And the free plan gives you what Mobilo charges for before the 90-day clock starts.

The numbers back it up. 4.82 on Trustpilot from over 1,000 reviews. 4.86 on Loox from over 2,500 reviews. 500,000 professionals carry a V1CE page. Featured in Forbes, Business Insider, TechRadar, and G2.

My experience: V1CE is the only platform I tested where nothing stops after the tap. From handshake to invoice I never left the dashboard. The Scout AI alone changed how I prepare for events. The free plan is more generous than anything else on this list.

  • Start with the free plan. It delivers real value before you spend anything.
  • Book the 30-day trial to get the NFC card shipped and test the full CCOS with no risk.

2. Popl: 8.0 / 10. Best Mobilo Alternative for Event Badge Scanning

Popl WEBSITE HOMEPAGE

If you run trade shows and conferences at scale, Popl is the closest competitor to Mobilo on this list and, for the specific job of event lead capture, it goes further. The badge scanner reads any badge at any event, works offline, and AI enriches every contact with verified email, company data, and LinkedIn before it lands in your CRM.

Mobilo does real-time CRM sync well. Popl does event-specific lead capture better. The 30+ CRM integrations are all self-serve. SOC 2 Type 2 security. Trusted by 90% of Fortune 500 companies on a user basis.

The gap: Popl has pivoted firmly toward enterprise events. Individual pricing is a separate, lighter product. If you are not running multi-person event teams, the comparison to Mobilo is less clear.

My experience: Popl is the right tool if events are your primary pipeline source and you run multiple shows a year with a dedicated team. The badge scanner is the best on the market. But if you want a system that follows up and closes, you are still missing the last mile.

  • Best pick for enterprise event teams running multiple trade shows per year.
  • Not the right pick if you are an individual or small team without dedicated event operations.

3. Blinq: 7.8 / 10. Best Minimalist Card with AI Features

Blinq WEBSITE HOMEPAGE

Blinq sits at the opposite end of the spectrum from Mobilo. Where Mobilo is built for sales teams with complex CRM workflows, Blinq is built for the individual who wants the cleanest possible digital card with the least friction. Setup under two minutes. Free plan that actually works.

The standout feature on Premium is the AI notetaker. After a conversation you record a voice note and Blinq extracts the contact details and follow-up actions automatically. For individual professionals who want a smarter experience without a full system, this is compelling value at $7.33 per month annually.

Where Blinq falls short compared to Mobilo is on team features. The Business plan adds CRM sync and admin controls, but the depth of Mobilo's real-time Salesforce integration is not matched.

My experience: Blinq is the easiest upgrade from a paper business card. The free plan covers the basics better than anything else on this list. The AI notetaker on Premium is worth the $7.33 alone if you do a lot of one-to-one networking.

  • Best pick for individual professionals who want a clean digital card with no hardware and the AI notetaker as a bonus.
  • Not the right pick if you want a deep CRM workflow or a system that takes you beyond the contact.

4. HiHello: 7.5 / 10. Easiest Setup with No Hardware Commitment

Hihello WEBSITE HOMEPAGE

HiHello is consistently the fastest platform on this list to get running. Under two minutes from sign-up to a live page. No hardware to order. No design decisions to make. The free plan works without any payment details.

Compared to Mobilo, HiHello is simpler in every direction. Where Mobilo requires hardware and a setup process, HiHello is immediate. Where Mobilo has four card modes, HiHello has one clear workflow. For teams that want a consistent digital card without a long onboarding, HiHello gets there faster.

The ceiling is also lower. No NFC hardware on any plan. Google Wallet availability is limited. No automated follow-up. If you need the depth that Mobilo provides for sales teams with CRM workflows, HiHello does not match it.

My experience: HiHello is the right tool when speed of deployment matters more than depth of system. If you need every person in a team of 50 using a digital card by the end of the day, HiHello wins. If you need the system to do something after the tap, it does not.

  • Best pick for teams that need immediate deployment with no hardware and no setup complexity.
  • Not the right pick if you need NFC hardware, CRM depth matching Mobilo, or automated follow-up.

5. Tapni: 7.3 / 10. Best Annual Plan with NFC Card Included

Tapni WEBSITE HOMEPAGE

Tapni is the simplest pricing model on this list. One annual payment. NFC card in the box. Everything included. No monthly billing option and no decision fatigue around hardware vs software. At $49.90 per year, the total cost of ownership is clear from day one.

Compared to Mobilo, Tapni is more straightforward on cost but lighter on CRM depth. Where Mobilo does real-time Salesforce and HubSpot sync, Tapni offers CRM export rather than a live integration. The card modes and workflow controls that make Mobilo powerful for sales teams are not present.

The ISO 27001 certification is a genuine credential and the free card replacement every second renewal is a practical benefit that Mobilo does not match.

6. Uniqode: 7.0 / 10. Best for Enterprise Compliance and QR Programmes

Uniqode WEBSITE HOMEPAGE

Uniqode, formerly Beaconstac, is an enterprise QR code platform that expanded into digital business cards. The compliance credentials are the strongest on this list: SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and Microsoft Entra ID on Business Plus. If you operate in healthcare or finance, those credentials matter.

Compared to Mobilo, Uniqode is better at compliance and QR code management but lighter on NFC and CRM depth. There is no NFC hardware on any plan. Annual plans only across every tier. The platform is built for large enterprise deployments, not for the individual professional or the small sales team.

The free plan has no expiry, which is unusual for a platform at this level. For teams that want to test before committing to annual pricing, that is a genuine advantage.

My experience: Uniqode is the right pick when the procurement team asks for HIPAA and SOC 2 documentation before signing off on any software. If compliance is the deciding factor, nothing else on this list matches it. For everyone else, it is more platform than you need.

  • Best pick for enterprises in healthcare, finance, or any regulated sector that requires HIPAA and SOC 2 credentials.
  • Not the right pick for individual professionals or small teams; the platform is built for enterprise scale.

7. Dot Cards: 6.8 / 10. Best Design-Led NFC Card

Dot WEBSITE HOMEPAGE

Dot Cards makes the most design-forward physical card on this list. Carbon, wood, metal, and specialty finishes. The first impression when you hand it over is stronger than any other card I tested. In high-impression networking situations where the physical card is a brand statement, Dot Cards wins the table.

Compared to Mobilo, Dot Cards has a much stronger card aesthetic and no monthly obligation beyond the software subscription. But the software is significantly lighter. No real-time CRM sync, no team card modes, and no follow-up automation. The platform stops at a beautiful card and a basic form.

My experience: The Dot Cards physical card is genuinely impressive at the table. In a luxury sales context or senior exec networking event, the carbon or metal card creates a moment that plastic alternatives do not. But once the card is handed over, the software does not carry you further.

  • Best pick for professionals in luxury sales, finance, or senior exec contexts where the physical card needs to be a brand statement.
  • Not the right pick if you want the CRM depth of Mobilo or any follow-up automation after the handshake.

8. Haystack: 6.5 / 10. Best Simple Team Directory Card

Haystack WEBSITE HOMEPAGE

Haystack is the simplest team digital card on this list. The team directory feature gives every employee a consistent card connected to a shared searchable directory. Setup is fast. The free plan covers the basics. Pricing is affordable.

Compared to Mobilo, Haystack is much lighter on CRM depth and analytics. There is no NFC hardware. No real-time CRM sync. The platform is designed for small companies that want consistent branding across a team, not for sales teams that need contact capture to feed a pipeline.

My experience: Haystack does one thing cleanly: it gives every employee in a small company a consistent digital card that links to a shared directory. For that specific job it works well and the price is right. For anything beyond that, including what Mobilo does for CRM, it is not the tool.

  • Best pick for small companies wanting consistent team digital cards with a shared directory and no hardware.
  • Not the right pick for sales teams that need CRM integration depth, analytics, or NFC hardware.

9. Wave Connect: 6.3 / 10. Simple QR-First Digital Card

Wave Connect is a straightforward QR-first digital card with a generous free plan. It was originally built around the QR code share model before NFC became the standard approach. The free plan gives you a basic page, a QR code, and contact sharing without spending anything.

Compared to Mobilo, Wave Connect does not compete on CRM depth, NFC hardware, or sales team features. It is a lighter, simpler tool. For individuals who want a free digital card without committing to a platform, it serves that need cleanly.

My experience: Wave Connect is fine for what it is. A free digital card with a QR code and a wallet pass. If someone is coming from Mobilo looking for a like-for-like alternative, Wave Connect is not it. If someone just needs a free page to share their contact details, it covers that job.

  • Best pick for individuals who need a free digital card quickly and have no need for CRM integration or hardware.
  • Not the right pick if you are looking for anything close to Mobilo in terms of sales team depth or CRM connectivity.

10. CamCard: 6.0 / 10. Best for Paper Business Card Scanning

CamCard is a legacy tool with one genuine strength: it is the best dedicated paper business card scanner available. The OCR accuracy is the highest I tested. If your networking still involves receiving a lot of paper cards from contacts, CamCard handles the digitisation better than any platform on this list.

Compared to Mobilo, CamCard is almost the inverse product. Where Mobilo is about sending your information in a modern way and syncing it to a CRM, CamCard is about receiving other people's information in a legacy format and storing it. They serve different jobs and are rarely direct alternatives for the same use case.

My experience: CamCard does one thing exceptionally well. If paper card scanning is the primary job, it is the best tool for it. As a Mobilo alternative for sales teams who need modern NFC and CRM workflows, it is not a realistic comparison.

  • Best pick for professionals whose primary need is digitising paper business cards from contacts who still use them.
  • Not the right pick for anyone looking for a Mobilo alternative in the modern sense. These are different tools for different jobs.

Lynkle is a link-in-bio tool. It appears in searches for digital business card alternatives because it creates a shareable profile page with a QR code, but it is not a professional networking platform by any meaningful definition. There is no contact capture, no CRM integration, no NFC hardware, and no wallet pass.

I am including it here because it does come up in search results when people look for Mobilo alternatives, and it is important to be clear about what it is. For someone coming from Mobilo, Lynkle does not address any of the reasons they are looking for an alternative.

My experience: Lynkle is a link-in-bio tool. It does that job adequately. As a Mobilo alternative, it is not relevant. If you need a social media profile page to aggregate your links, it works. If you need anything a professional networking platform does, it does not.

  • Best for social media profiles that need a simple link aggregation page.
  • Not a Mobilo alternative for professional networking. Do not make the comparison.

The one thing no other platform on this list has: the Client Capture OS

Every platform on this list does part of the job. Mobilo does the CRM sync. Popl does the event badge scan. Blinq does the clean card with AI notes. But none of them take you from the handshake to the signed client.

V1CE is the only platform built around the complete sequence: tap, capture, follow-up in your voice, booking, agreement, payment. The Client Capture OS turns every networking conversation into a pipeline entry and every pipeline entry into a closed deal. All in one dashboard. No extra tools.

My final verdict on Mobilo and its alternatives

Mobilo is a well-built platform for a specific profile: the B2B sales team that needs real-time Salesforce or HubSpot sync from every tap, four card modes for different contexts, and team analytics for managers. For that profile, it does the job.

But if you want what happens after the CRM sync, Mobilo does not have it. The follow-up, the booking, the agreement, the close. That gap is where V1CE wins every comparison I ran. It starts free, the NFC card comes with the trial, and the Client Capture OS does what Mobilo stops short of.

If events are your primary source of pipeline, Popl is the strongest event tool on this list. If you want the simplest digital card with no hardware, Blinq or HiHello. If you want a card in the box with one annual payment, Tapni. If you need compliance credentials, Uniqode.

I have tested all eleven of these platforms in depth. Here is what I would pick for each situation.

Compare all V1CE plans

V1CE is the best Mobilo alternative overall. It matches Mobilo on CRM integration, exceeds it on NFC hardware options, and goes further with built-in automated follow-up, booking, e-signature, and payment tools. The free plan gives you more than Mobilo charges for before the 90-day trial clock starts.

Yes. V1CE, Blinq, HiHello, Haystack, Wave Connect, CamCard, and Lynkle all offer free plans. V1CE has the most generous free tier, including unlimited pages, contact capture, Apple and Google Wallet, QR code, email signature, and virtual backgrounds. Mobilo has no free plan.

Mobilo does not include an NFC card in its subscription. Cards, key fobs, and buttons are purchased separately. V1CE and Tapni both include an NFC card with their respective plans; V1CE ships a complimentary card with the 30-day CCOS trial.

Popl has the widest CRM integration on this list with 30+ native integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, MS Dynamics, Zoho, Monday, and Slack, all self-serve. V1CE has native HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier. Blinq Business offers 20+ CRM integrations.

Yes. V1CE, Popl, Blinq, HiHello, Tapni, Uniqode, Dot Cards, and Haystack all offer team plans with admin controls, CRM sync, and consistent branding. V1CE is the strongest team option because it includes follow-up automation and pipeline visibility alongside the card.

Mobilo's distinctive feature is its four card modes. Business Card, Contact Generation, Landing Page, and Direct Link can be switched per context on the same physical card. No other platform on this list replicates this mode-switching feature. V1CE builds similar flexibility directly into the page design.

Mobilo costs money from day one with no free plan, and the hardware and software are priced separately. For sales teams that live in Salesforce or HubSpot and need every tap to land there in real time, the cost is justified. For individuals or teams that want to test before spending, alternatives like V1CE, Blinq, or HiHello offer more generous free tiers.

V1CE and Popl are the strongest enterprise options. V1CE gives the full pipeline management system from first contact to signed client. Popl is the best choice for enterprises running multiple trade shows and events as the primary pipeline source. Uniqode is the right pick for enterprises in regulated industries that require HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance.
