The challenge

AFC Bournemouth's commercial team works with partners, sponsors and VIP clients at events, meetings and matchdays.

Paper cards meant constant reprints and out of date details whenever a role changed.

Up to 40% of the admin team's time went on contact details: updating Outlook, typing into the CRM twice and sending meeting reminders by hand.

Printing cards for every member of staff also sat badly with the club's green goals.
