This is not an insurance policy, but an extended warranty covering loss, accidental damage, cosmetic damage, and theft of the product. If a purchased product is discontinued, we will replace it with a like-for-like or similar specification product up to the maximum original purchase price.
The warranty is valid for the duration of the time period purchased; with entitlement to 2 replacements for each year within the time period purchased. Postage, packaging, and additional costs incurred will need to be covered by the customer.
