The 8 Best V1CE Alternatives in 2026 (Prices, Free Plans, and Who V1CE Isn't For)

Founder of V1CE. I've helped 510,000+ professionals swap paper cards for a card that gets their contacts back.
Published
Quick summary
V1CE's software is free for life, and the card is $83 once. Some sites say V1CE has no free plan or costs about $60 a month. That isn't true today. V1CE suits people who want a card designed for them and every contact's details back in their CRM. If you want the cheapest card, look at Tapni at $29.90 or Dot at $30. If you want a big free app before you buy any card, look at Blinq. I checked every price on each tool's own pages, from November 1 to 3, 2026.
Looking for a V1CE alternative?
You're about to pay for a card, and you want to know you're not walking into a bill.
That worry is fair. In the reviews we mined, 189 name a feature locked behind a paywall. One buyer put it plainly: "I am not paying monthly for a business card."
Price is the other worry. 120 of our own customers told us the price felt high.
So this page does two jobs. It shows what V1CE costs today, and it shows 8 alternatives, each priced from its own pages, with where each one beats us.
Why listen to us
I'm Haydn, and I started V1CE.
More than 510,000 professionals now use V1CE. Teams at SpaceX, Lotus Cars and Air Canada carry our cards.
One result I'm proud of: Lotus Cars cut the time spent typing contacts into their CRM by 75% and saved $18,000 a year. James Woodward, their Head of IT Business Partnering, tells the story here:
I built V1CE, so I'm not neutral. That's why every tool below gets its real price, its public rating and an honest verdict. Where a rival beats us, I say so.
V1CE sits at 4.4 on Trustpilot from 1,100 reviews.
What does V1CE cost today?

What other sites get wrong about V1CE
Several rival sites rank for "V1CE alternatives." Here is what they say, the day I read it, and what our pricing page says.
MagicLink, read November 3, 2026: "V1CE has no free plan," and V1CE is "a single £49.99/month (~$63) subscription." Our pricing page: "Free software for life," with the card from $83 once and $0 a month.
Umbel, read November 3, 2026: "£49.99 a month after 30 days free, card included." Our pricing page: the software is free. Client Capture OS, at $64.98 a month, is optional.
Connectiko, read November 3, 2026: "separate hardware purchase plus software subscription." Our pricing page: "You pay once for the card, and the software is yours for life."
Anexus Connect, read November 3, 2026: "the card opens a profile, but there's no real CRM behind it." Our pricing page lists "Built-in CRM, synced to yours" on the free plan.
ConnectMachine, read November 3, 2026: "a metal NFC card from £60." Our card page: the Original is $83 and the Metal is $151, in US dollars.
Prices change, so check each site on the day you buy.
Who V1CE isn't for
V1CE isn't the right pick for everyone. Here's who should look elsewhere.
1. You want the cheapest card
Our card starts at $83. Tapni's is $29.90 and Dot's is $30. Linq's starts at $14.99, but it needs a paid plan to work.
2. You need bulk QR codes
V1CE makes a page and a QR code for each person, not codes for print runs. For menus, flyers or packaging, use a QR code tool. See the best QR code generator alternatives.
3. You network where there's no signal
Your page opens in their phone's browser, so it needs a signal. One customer wrote on Trustpilot in March 2026: "the system doesn't work in rooms with poor phone signal, so not ideal for all networking events."
What you get free on V1CE that others charge for
Most tools give you a free page and charge for what happens after the tap. V1CE's free plan includes the parts most people pay for. Here's what's free on V1CE, and what the other tools on this page charge for the same thing. Prices are from each tool's own pricing page, read November 3, 2026.
CRM sync: free on V1CE. Every other tool here charges for it. Blinq needs Business, at $4.99 a card a month with a 5 card minimum. HiHello needs Business, at $5 a user with a 5 user minimum. Wave needs Pro, at $7 a month. Linq needs Linq One, at $29 a month.
Follow up emails that send themselves: free on V1CE. Wave has them free too. Linq puts them on Linq One. The others don't list them.
Export your contacts: free on V1CE. Blinq charges $16.58 a month on Pro, and Dot $144 a year on Profile+. Wave's export is free.
A booking link: free on V1CE, and built in, so you don't need Calendly. Blinq puts it on Pro, at $16.58 a month, and Linq on Linq One. Wave's is free.
Views, taps and scans: free on V1CE, with email opens and who shared your details. HiHello charges $6 a month for card analytics. Wave's analytics are free.
Sell your services, with checkout: free on V1CE, for a 5% fee on what you sell. The other tools here don't list it.
Agreements signed in the app: 10 a month, free on V1CE. The other tools here don't list it.
A video and voice intro: free on V1CE. HiHello charges $6 a month for branded video.
No logo but yours: V1CE puts no logo on your free page. Blinq charges $7.33 a month to remove its branding, Wave $7 a month and Mobilo $36 a year.
Also free on V1CE, and free on several others too: a wallet pass, QR code and email signature, two way contact exchange, and no cap on new contacts.
The free plan has limits: 1 page, 1 booking link, 3 runs a month of the other AI tools and a 5% fee on what you sell. Card scans stay unlimited. See everything on the free plan, then make your own call.
How do the 8 V1CE alternatives compare?
V1CE is mine, so judge it on the reasons. The rest are in order of public reviews, most first. I checked prices on each tool's own pricing page, shop or App Store listing, from November 1 to 3, 2026. "Not stated" means I couldn't find it on their own pages.
